Issam Badr

 Issam Badr is a Palestinian artist born  in 1948. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, Baghdad, 1973. He graduated from the Tbilisi Academy of Fine Arts in 1982. He is one of the founders of the Palestinian Plastic Association. After 1967, the Bank was almost devoid of professional artists, until 1971, when the artist Issam Badr held a solo exhibition, a sign of the spirit's return to the formative movement of the Bank under occupation. Issam Badr accomplished in 1979 Mural of Ramallah Municipal Building. It consists of eight artistic forms of iron and ceramic.
