Fouad Abousada
Fouad Abousada born in Swaida in 1946, Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus in 1974 after five years of studying, and later worked in the teaching profession for a period in Swaida schools, then travelled to Algeria and taught in the secondary schools and institutes of art in the capital Algiers between 1975 and 1987. This environment added a new stock to him with its geography, population, customs and culture.
The works of the Abousada belong to an expressive abstract basis, from which he goes to realism to abstraction to add new transformations to his style so that he does not emerge from the distinctive character of his work. He also adores nature with the colors of its stone, rock and air that have specificity in his work.
