Adel Kamel

Adel Kamel was Born in Swaida in 1961, he studied graphic at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus and graduated from it in 1984, working as a teacher at the Institute of Fine Arts in Swaida Governorate for 20 years. As Dr. Ezzudin Chammout wrote about the artist Adel Kamel: "The artist is completely united with the vineyards and the vine is one body, this reminded me of the saying of a Chinese professor (17th century) to his disciple:" Draw reed paper ten times, twenty times until you feel like you have become a cane paper "This union between the artist and nature we see in paintings is completely fair. In full fair paintings we see his adoration for grape vine painted in Arabesque style, the branches of the vine in its yeast color and in a thousand colors and color add movement and deep human feeling to the painting. The Arabesque style gives to the composition of the painting a movement that touches her eye and turns the viewer. Fair masters the complete and brilliant art of calligraphy, color, composition, distribution of shade and light which are the basic painting elements. But what distinguishes the main visual concerns in this artist's activity is not only that, but also that of discovering and presenting lasting new experiences. It moves from tonal paste to cosmetic degradation and constructs new and rich configurations that are far from repeated, and succeeds perfectly in the use of formal construction to adapt to its inner sensations of animal love especially birds such as bath, roosters............ In his paintings White Birds, he used white dough as a symbol of serenity and light, although in many paintings we find all the colors of the white spectrum that decomposed into light arc colors. The artist Adel always surprises us with experiences without all the boredom. He deserves the title of the new artist
