Lutfi Romhein

Lutfi Romhein was born in Al-Quriya, Swaida Governorate in 1954. He taught sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karara, Italy, in 1985, Romhein works focusing on the dual relationship between men and women or on the binary in general. Women's beauty remains central to its introduction, especially on the material of raw stone and wood, with symbolic additions that introduce the atmosphere of dance and freedom, but in much of the work comes integrated with the man, With an immersive sense of joy, Syrian artist Lutfi Romhein is one of the pioneers of the sculpture he has been practicing for over sixty years.
